HP Officejet 7310 Wireless Network Connection

We have an HP Officejet 7310 Printer presently connected to a wireless router through an ethernet cable to a wireless 2 Wire router. I am out of ports and would like to install it as a network device wirelessly, similar to the way I have my HP 8500A set up. Is that possible. If so, how? O/S is Windows XP, SP3

Re: HP Officejet 7310 Wireless Network Connection

The 7310 doesn't support wireless natively. You can try a third party print server but it's possible that you'll lose scanning functionality with that. Your best bet is to plug a switch or hub into the router and have it act as a splitter.
