I hae a new Officjet 7500A bought for the wireless capability. When I setup the wireless network and connect to my network the printer connects but all other devices that operate on the wi-fi (iPads etc) stop working on the network. I have had to reposition the pronter and connect it to the router with a cable to stop the problem.

The frequency of the modem you are using the 2.4 GHz and make sure that these ports must be open:
Printing: • UDP ports 427, 137, 161
• TCP port: 9100

• TCP ports: 9220, 9500
Try resetting the wireless modem you are using.
Try again uninstall all the software and drivers.
and you need to update your printer's firmware to use your printer AirPrint feature
