I am having issues with scanning using the HP solution centre. So I downloaded the Scan Diagnostics Utility. The result provided mentioned that the driver is corrupt. I reinstalled the entire printer software and driver suite several times but the issue remains.
Things I have tried so far.
1. Reset printer using instructions in the manual.
2. Turned off the printer, unplugged the power cable as per the instructions provided by hp solutions centre.
3. Reinstalled the complete software and driver package several times. As per the instructions provided.
I tried every trick provided by HP for this, but just no luck.
