Printing with just one sheet in the paper tray still fails. But about 1/8" more of the content prints.

I guess that cardstock is to thick for the 6830.

The specification goes up to 280 gm/sq. meter ot about 100#.

Specs for cardstock state 110 lb or 165 g/m2.

Thank you for your attempt to help.

 

I went to HP Support Chat and the tech there spent an hour with me, installed new drivers and finally tried to convince me that it is Microsoft's fault, not HP's.

 

I am trying to accurately print an MS Word 2016 document.
