HP Officejet Pro 7740
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My printer HP Officejet Pro 7740 is connected to the network en printing fine. However, i cannot print pdf document send to @hpeprint.com. Instead its prints the message:

"Please wait ... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper content of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document.

You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows, Mac, or Linuy by visiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download."

So i downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader, but it did not solve my problem.

Can someone help?

@lld-thompson,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print pdf documents send to @hpeprint.com.

This issue could occur if the pdf attachment size is more than 5MB.

Hence, I request you to check the pdf attachment before you send it to hpeprint.com
