Well there may be a firewall in your router causing it too.... Try doing a power reset on your router and your printer and try accessing it again afterwards.

Power resets are simply unplugging the devices with them powered on and waiting 30 seconds then plugging them back in.

The printer is wireless. I restarted router DLINK DIR 655, with firewall disabled but no luck. Also restarted printer.

Problem came suddenly, worked perfect before that. What else to check?

Got it!

Printed network config page, embedded page IP adress had changed from 192.168.0.183 to

192.168.0.199.

Now I access web server. But how and why  can the adress change by itself??

Let me send you a document on how to assign a static IP address through your EWS or from the front panel and then you will not have to worry about this anymore- It will be alot more reliable!-  Gimmie a few minutes

Here it is:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02790693

Now Step 5 is what I want you to do.

You can read about other things in the document but you asked why is it changing the ip address-  Well when your printer falls off your network then the DHCP in your router assigns it a new ip address when your printer reconnects and this makes the reliability fall short of what your wanting

- Let me know if this has helped

Go with 192.168.0.179 .... this is good to go on the upper end so nothing else will be using it!
