I have opened the top lid and cannot see anything loose or open
When I press down one the top lid, the pages will scan properly. As soon as I let up the pressure, I get the error message
This happened once before and somehow I got it corrected, but cannot remember what I did
I have done thiss process a number of times doe not correct the problem
