I understand that you have an HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer that is used with at least two or more devices, and you are able to print from all devices except the Windows 10(32-bit) laptop. I would like to help with that.
I have just tried this and not sure, if it will work or not. But the solution link provided in this thread does not work. Moreover, HP has some work to do here. Please provide us with a proper solution. Maybe an update to the driver will do the trick.
If your finding you printer is in fact ONLINE, what helped me was going to the printer icon in the bottom right taskbar and clicking on it, once it opens up click the "Printer tab", then UNCHECK "use printer offline", this fixed everything for me.
