Hi DONNA36,

I am linking a troubleshooting document that covers Print Quality Issues.  Click Here

If you are typing a document, the program you are using, such as Word, should have a setting for the font and font size.

When you make a photocopy, there should be an option to re-size the copy in Settings after you press Copy on the control screen of the printer.

Also, remember a click on the Kudos star to the left is a quick "Thanks" for a helpful post.

Please select the "Accept as Solution" button on the post that best answers your question.

I appreciate your input ! ___________________________________ _____
