HP Photosmart 7510 unable to print document.

I have a HP Photosmart 7510,  Bought it 3 weeks ago.  The printing has faded to nothing in use today.   My cartridges are new.  I tried aligning.  I'm told aligning failed.  I don't know why.  I took each cartridge out and put them back in.  No difference.  In fact, no print shows at all on my paper.  What can I do?

Windows 7

No error messages aside from alignment failed.

No changes in the system.  No new hardware installed. Nothing new done.

Hi picnicfun,

Sounds like your cartridges are empty.

Have you tried a new set of cartridges in the printer?

Follow the steps in the document below.

What does the ink levels show in Solution Center?

1. Open icon labeled HP Photosmart 7510 series

2. Click on the Estimated Ink levels

Hi flacher88,

Did you follow the document in my previous post for Print Quality?

Are you using new OEM or Remanufactured cartridges?
