I am currently on the phone with HP Customer support. This guy has carried me AGAIN through every trouble shooting technique there is ... the VERY same troubleshooting that I found online. Now I am on hold to talk to the HARDWARE department. If HP knows that this has been an issue, why not just recall ALL of the Photosmart 7525 All In One Printers and replace them. and at least take them off of the shelf until the issue has been resolved ... I bought my printer 10-27-2012 ... It has been down for 2 months trying to trouble shoot whats wrong ... Then I realized ... WARRANTY dude. *smh*
