Product: Photosmart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Photosmart 7520 that will not scan to email.

When I try it says: "unable to connect to Web Services, try again"

 

I've power cycled the printer by pressing power, and also by unplugging cable.  I've checked the wireless settings, it still has access to the internet.  It has worked up until a few days ago.  

 

when I login to the website for the printer it says it's online and connected to web servcies.  Not sure what to do.  PLease Help
