can't print basic PDF, need help.

I understand that you need assistance in printing PDF files. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

May I know the application you are using to print PDF files?

How is the printer configured with your computer?

Have you tried any other applications on your computer to print PDF files?

Have you tried multiple PDF files? 

Are the PDF files, protected with a password?

Are you able print other files?

If you could more information, I would be able to assist you better. 

 

Please refer to this article for assistance in printing PDF files. 

If the issue persists, please reinstall Adobe reader on your computer.
