HP Photosmart C4580 Printer Driver Download

I bought a new computer last year and just got around to attaching my HP 4580 printer because I'm away from my office and family and need it. I previously downloaded the driver to my last computer and it worked great. Unfortunately, there is no option for manually downloading the correct driver on HP's site anymore. Instead they are relying on Windows 10 to identify the printer and download the correct software. I tried this over and over, several different ways, and troubleshot the issue, uninstalling the v4 driver that keep downloading, but I can't get the printer to work correctly. 

Any ideas on how to procure the correct set of drivers would be much appreciated.

The HP C4580 is part of the 4500-Series All-in-one line of printers. The list of Photosmart drivers stopped at C3300, skipped over the 4000-series models completely, then picked up at 5520 through the 7000s.

Did HP discontinue the 4500 Series drivers completely?

Was there every an update made for windows 10?

This printer has been a workhorse over the years despite it expensive ink cartridges. If anyone has a tip on how to get it working with my newer laptop or knows how to get the driver, please let me know.
