Just got this printer, hooked it up, and advised me of an update, downloaded and installed fine. After the update tried to register for web services and it just sites at connecting.

Tried resetting up wifi, turning it off and on, unplugging the power for a few mins and still will not connect.

My B210 printer recognizes my router and has a strong signal.  However, it can't connect to the internet.  I disconnected Web Services and it won't reconnect.

Thoughts?

That did not help I'm afraid.

My printer and computer are definitely on the same network.  I can't access the Printer updates. Still get "There is a problem connecting to the server".  If it is a network related problem the HP support came onto my computer, looked at my router settings and could not solve the problem!
