Is thsi a Mifi from Verizon?  I am not sure it will support Bonjour correctly so that your iPad can see the printer.

You say some things print and some don't, tell me more.  Restart the router and see if that fixes the problem.

Re: HP Photosmart Plus e-All-In-One B210 series

I am using Verizon's MiFi4620L jet pack D7ED. I tried restarting router and that did not help. Any advice you can give me will help. Thank you, Sharon

Have you enabled Web Services from the front of the printer, then try to "Update Product" from the front of the printer (probably in the Preferences menu)?

Re: HP Photosmart Plus e-All-In-One B210 series

Since the mifi has a battery (right?) then restarting it may be difficult.  Is there a restart button on it?  Is there a way to restart it in the Verizon software on your computer?

Because it once worked (right?) I am thinking that the router is hung up.

Re: HP Photosmart Plus e-All-In-One B210 series

I haven't had time to talk to Verizon yet but the printer is printing certain things still. I printed an email this morning and it worked fine. I appreciate all your help and if I don't get this figured out I'll get back to it at later date. Thank you again, Sharon
