HP All-in-one Printer C310 Ser

Printing was in operation on the wireless printer when it ran out of paper.  Screen on printer instructed "load paper into main tray".  Loaded paper into main tray but printer would not pick up the paper.  Reloaded the paper and tryed again.  Same result.  Printer would not pick up paper.  After several tries, the printer screen displayed "General Printing error OX61011 bef".  Have not been able to determine what the meaning of printing error OX61011 bef means nor find the answer to this printing problem.  PLEASE HELP!
