HP ProBook 450 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am running Windows 10 on a HP ProBook 450 G1 and really enjoy  the experience. I installed the HP Scan and Capture software so I could continue to be able to scan documents once I upgraded to Windows 10. My printer is a HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m and this software has been working just fine for the last serveral months. Now when I try to scan a document or picture it tells me that the Scan has been cancelled for no apparent reason.  No error was displayed so I could try to research it and the printer is working just fine when I try to print. Has anyone else ran into this issue with this combination of components? Thank you in advance for any feedback that you can provide.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.  Since HP Scan and Capture is not working, can you try the FULL feature software?


Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-premium-all-in-one-printer-series-c30...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
