HP Scan

Product: Envy 5660
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Suddenly, images sent to my computer from my HP 5660 are flat....no image,  just borderss.  Something must have reconfigured.

Now what?

I noticed that you are having trouble scanning with your HP Envy 5660 printer, on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan. I am happy to help! 
 
How is the printer connected? Wireless, Ethernet or USB?
What happens if you make a copy? Copying Documents or Photos.
