Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Can someone send me the phone number for an HP service center. Trying to get help on the website is frustrating and we want to have someone repair our non-working T520. Thanks.

I don't know exactly but can find out tomorrow. I believe it is a "blue screen" issue and from internet search, it required a chip that is no longer made.

Hi,

Isolate the printer, remove ink cartridge, printhead and paper

Try another power cable and power outlet

If the issue persist use the CQ890-67105 USB New Module with F/W SV

Good news, that's a lot cheaper than the Main PCA Smiley Happy

Thanks. I'll try it and post results back.

It seems like the print cartridge carriage can't be moved.

Hi,

Try with the USB with the FW

Make sure that:

1- USB installed incorrectly

2- Main PCA is broken when removing the screw of the USB PCA

If you continue with the problem replcae the Main PCA

Best regards
