HP Smart Print not working

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro 8625
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

In Internet Explorer there is a tool called "HP Smart Print." I assume this was installed when the printer was installed.

When I click on it I get an error popup:

That link gets an "Oops we can't find that page" error.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Hi @RCP45,

It looks like HP Smart Print is a discontinued product. It is not compatible with Internet Explorer 9 or later versions. If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or earlier, you might be able to use the program on your PC.

Here are instructions to uninstall the program, if you need them: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02994297

Regards,
