Sprocket

Can you pair the Sprocket with a new Ipod touch? I am struggling!

Hi! @AbA4, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you have issues pairing your sprocket printer with your iPod touch.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Please try the steps recommended below.

1. Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer. The LED will flash white as the printer
powers on and remain solid white once fully powered on.
2. Open iPhone® Settings and select Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth on and then select the printer from the listed
devices.
3. Next, launch the sprocket app. See “Installing Mobile App” for more information.

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps reset the printer and check if it helps. Try the steps recommended below.

Reset the printer. On the printer,
locate the pinhole near the
charging port, insert a straight pin
into the hole to press the reset
button until the printer turns off.
Restart the printer.

Refer the printer manual to know more information.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂

Hi @AbA4 -

Make sure the Sprocket hasn't already been paired with another iOS device.

It should be able to pair with your touch after you've turned off bluetooth or 'forget' the Sprocket on any other iOS device it may have been connected with previously.

Thanks!
