Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an image file of a print (png) that I am trying to print on a d size (22" x 34") sheet.  If I print the image in landscape mode, it prints the image the wrong orientation, and I only get the left half of the image.  If I try to print in portrait mode, the printer gives me an error saying "You are attempting to print something that is larger (34") than the paper size (24")  It seems that I cannot truly print out in landscape (down the long side) of the paper.  Any ideas?  I have tried printing from more than one image software with the same results.

Please note the margine level:

 

Margins (top x bottom x left x right)

 

Roll: 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 mm (0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 in)
Sheet: 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 mm (0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 in)

  

goto printer properties and Features and mark on Rotate by 90 degree.

 

Lets check to print.
