Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

We have revently purchased the HP T520 24In plotter. i use solidworks 2017 for all my Cad work. The issue i am having is no matter what i do i can not get a D Sizr drawing to print correctly. it will not rotate to fit on the 24in wide paper roll. D Size drawings are 22" X 34". i get an error on the printer that i need to load 34in wide roll in order to print, but i have a 24" roll installed on the machine. i had print in the correct direction once but it only printed half of the drawing and left the other half blank....... Im pulling what little hair i have left out! Please help!!!!
