Product: HP DesignJet T770

My HP DesignJet T770 plotter (Product: CQ305A) is pulling the paper back in just before the cutter finishes.  It's tearing the far right side of the paper.  I've replaced the cutter, and we've had the printer maintained and a new starwheel assembly put on.  Any ideas?

Hi,

 

Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.

 

At first ensure your printer cutter is working properly like while push the Feed cutter from front panel and cutter will cut the paper.

 

Soe times autocutter loack is broken, that why carriage unit will not move the cutter while command on cut the paper.

 

Second time you should check auto cutter Ok from printer retriver settings.

 

Please check.
