Product: CQ113A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently purchased a newHP Z5200 printer , connected to a Windows 10 64bit OS. The software HP Utility couldn't display the status of the printer, but print jobs can still proceed. If preview before print setting was checked, it would redirect to the default browser but couldnt display the preview and the job was put on hold on the printer.

 

Would any one with the knowldege please guide me how to resolve this?
