HP evny won't give color print option for HP printer in Word or Excel. Color works on iphone.

No color option when printing Word or Excel from my HP Envy laptop. No grayscale option. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have done drivers. Works fine from my iPhone and iPad. Have shut down and re-booted. Need to be able to print in color from Word and Excel!
