Solved!

HP laptop with Windows 7 not connecting (either wireless or USB) to HP Officejet Pro 8620

HP Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have tried re-installing printer software, re-booting, and separately connecting wireless and USB connections.  Default printer shows up correctly, print jobs show up in queue but do not print....and yes, there is paper in tray 🙂  Appreciate any assistance!

Hi,

Thanks for using the forum. Can you try the following:

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem

Hope that helps.
