HP solution center can't find printer

Using windows 7 64bit and HP 8500 pro A909n printer

HP solution center can't find the printer after a few days of printing and scanning.  This will happen every time I would reinstall the software driver

Hi, could you see provide the details of your setup:

- Connection used

- Firewall/Antivirus installed in system
