HP4504
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to print on my HP4504 multi-function printer but, although it has a ready status and is connected to my network, it gets stuck saying "Now Printing" but nothing happens.

I have gone through HP Doctor, turned it off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but nothing helps.  Have also tried through HP e-print on my smartphone but the same thing happens (so I know it's the printer and not my laptop).  It will scan OK.

Anyone help please?

@JackieV1,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP ENVY 4504 e-All-in-One Printer. I also see that scanning to the computer is fine.

This issue could occur if print drivers are not configured properly.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2pDolkm

Also, let us know how the printer is connected to the computer (USB or wireless).

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
