HP Deskjet F335
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my HP Deskjet F335. When I try to print something there is a message that says out of paper, but I have paper in it. I opened up HP Solution Center, & did a lot of trouble shooting, but could not solve the issue. HP doesn't support my printer anymore. I have searched the web for help, without any success. If anyone can help me with this, I would be thankfull.

@Doug2626,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you get an error message that says that your HP Deskjet F335 All-in-One Printer is out of paper even if there is paper in the paper tray.

This issue could occur if the paper is not detected by the unit.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Out of Paper error

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

Thanks Rainbow 23 for replying to my e-mail. I talked to a HP agent on my phone, & he said that my printer was not supported anymore. He told me that I have a faild hardware problem, & I would have to buy a new HP Printer, so that is what I will do at Best Buy. Thank's for you help. How do I get ride of the post, so I can start over, if I have any more with my new printer?
