Product: Office Jet 6500

Having problems with office jet 6500 709n has cleaned print head, new black cartridge printer status shows all colors without black can not print black text after all, what to do?

I had been trying to remember to try getting it to offer to go to " original - state ? compatibility ? I cant remember the ...... Then i got an idea, yes, another, lol. click on the next HP POTO CREATIONS POP UP MESSAGE. I did, this is what happened. --- copy- pasted. --- 

Error FL000 This error occurs in Windows when Compatibility Mode is enabled. To fix it, follow these steps: 1. Exit the software. 2. Right-click on the software icon. A context menu appears. 3. Select Properties in the context menu, then click on the Compatibility tab. 4. In the Compatibility Mode section, uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" 5. Click OK. 6. Relaunch the software.
