If possible could i get the instructions on how to reset the password for a HP 6040 MFP and 9050 MFP.  Contractors setup the PW and never told anyone and now is long gone.  Need to setup the SMTP settings to get sacn to file to work.  Any info would be appreciated.

Hello XXLoneStarXX,

Thanks for the post.  With our commercial products, there is a slightly different process, I might suggest following the link below and then post your reset request there.  Please let me know if you don't get a response in a timely fashion and I will do what I can to get you to someone that can assist with this request.  Good Luck!

Hello again XXLoneStarXX,

I just wanted to check in with you to see if you got a response to your post yet?  If not, give me a ping and I will follow up with the commercial side teams.

Thanks!
