My HP envy printer 4500 has all of a sudden not working with HP'S aio app also sending jobs to eprint.

I don't know if it's because of my new ipad I have installed. It will not even recognise it tried resetting internet settings but didn't do anything could someone please help!

It's on BT wifi

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that since getting your new iPad you are no longer able to print Envy 4500 printer using the HP AiO app.


To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:


1)       Has the printer's email address changed? If you are unsure how to do this please see page 11 of your User Guide in the section titled "To find the printer's email address"

2)      Is your old iPad still able to find the printer?

3)      What happens when you uninstall and the re-install HP's AiO app?

4)      Do you have the HP ePrint app installed on the new iPad?
