When I press print, everything is ok until the printer trys to grab the paper, It makes a horrible grating noise, then comes up with the out of paper error message, even though there is paper in the tray. I have tried everyting recommnended ie reloading paper, fanning it, checking for jams etc but still no joy. This seems to be an intermittent fault as it has happened several times over the last few weeks and then rights itself. Trouble is, the printer is now unreliable. Funny thing, when I go to copy it grabs the paper and prints ok, so having thought it was a mechanical issue I am not so sure now. Any thoughts anyone?
