You should Remove the proxy settings, and uncheck the box to use it, in the EWS restart everything and try to enable Web Services in the "Web Services Setup" tab of your EWS again.

I am not certain what is happening josmin. You can try to contact the specialists on Web Services, there is no charge for this phone support.

If you are in USA/Canada you can call HP’s Cloud Services at 1-855-785-2777 if you live in the  region.
If you live outside the USA/Canada region please click here to find the Technical Support number for your country/region, and ask for Cloud Services.

Hi @rakatia , welcome to the HP Forums. Unfortunately your printer does not support ePrint functionality, and as a result you cannot get web services information sheet.
