Hi,
The following lines are from its specs:

Scan input modes Front-panel scan, Front-panel copy, HP Scan software
Scan size maximum Flatbed: 8.5 x 11.7 in (216 x 297 mm)
Twain version Version 1.9

Legal size paper: " legal size paper: Paper measuring 8.5 inches wide and 14 inches long, used almost exclusively in the UK, US, and Commonwealth countries."
From two sizes above, the answer is: no, you can't.
