I have tried the printer settings firstly using the US letter size for printing, this did not work, then tried the settings for A4 size paper this also did not work. I have then set the pronter to accept photo glossy paper this also did not work.

The strange thing is if I use  6 x 4 photo paper it works, it seems as if the A4 Glossy Photo Paper is too heavy for the printer to pick it up. I have connected the 8710 printer by way of WI FI and works very well printing from my iphone and ipad

for some jobs using A4 plain paper printing.
