Hey there! @BNC13, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

 

I understand you need to know how to change the duplex option to a single sheet on your printer.

 

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Please provide the operating system on your PC to assist you better.

 

Try the steps recommended below.

 

For Windows:

 

Open the document that you want to print, click File, then click Print.
Select the name of your printer, then click Printer Properties or Preferences, or Printer Setup, depending on what displays.
The Document Properties or Printing Preferences window opens.
If a Printing shortcuts tab is available, select the General every day Printing option.
Click ok and check if it helps.
