Purchased Officejet Pro 8730 10 days ago via HP Online Store, with purchase decision significantly influenced by promise of £50 cashback.
I am at a complete loss as to how to claim this.
Web address found via the store redirects back to the Cashback campaign but without any further info on how to claim.
I created an account on HP Connected on registering the printer but did not notice anything of relevance at that point.
I apologise if this is not the correct place to post queries of this nature but similar queries have come up here and been answered in the past.
I hope you can help.

Thank you for your reply, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
