How to make a custom paper size on HP office jet 4650

Hello! I was wondering how do you make a custom print size on my HP OfficeJet 4650. I recently bought it and I am trying to print some labels that are 3 1/2 x 15/16 or 4.25 x 12. I can't seem to find any compatible print sizes for it and I was wondering how can I make a custom paper size? Any answers or solutions would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with my HP Officejet 4650. I have set up the custom paper size in Windows 10 but the printer touch screen also has to show the custom paper size. So how do I set it in there? I have checked the driver and it is up to date.
