I cannot find the setting to "keep printed documents" for this printer. I have always been able to find and turn on this option for other HP printers, but can't seem to find this option for this one.

@mom2larry

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you need information on how to turn on "keep printed documents" on your HP Envy 7645 with MacBook Pro

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you know that this feature is only available on ePrint?

And if you had been using it earlier, you might want to Contact Mac support to obtain details on the same.

If you wish to utilize ePrint to get the same done: Click here for details.

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!
