Hp 1536

Hi! I have a hp 1536dnf printer. A while ago it started having some issues. Some times it didn't work. It seemed to be "hanged". Now it doesn't start. When I turn it on , the three lights keep turn on, and nothing else happens... A while ago, you could read "hewled packard>>>", but not now... I can't go to no menu..I can't do anything!! Please help me.... It was a very usefull printer!!

Hey @Aleli,

Welcome to the HP Suport Forums!

I see that you have some solid lights on your Laserjet M1536dnf Printer. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, while the printer is powered on, remove the power cable from the back of the printer for one minute.

If after following the above you still have the solid lights, the printer needs to be replaced. You can contact HP Support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom to discuss options based on your warranty.

Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to resolve your issue, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
