Hi @JoseMaciel,

I see from the post that you are having issues sending faxes on your HP LaserJet printer. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

It sounds like your printer is not clearing the memory properly when you clear the fax log. I believe we can correct this by performing a reset. Please try one reset at a time and see if it resolves the issue.

Here's some useful information:

If Fax to PC or Fax to Mac has been enabled, you may not be able to send or receive faxes if the fax memory is full (limited by printer memory).

Fax Memory Full:

If Backup Fax Reception or HP Digital Fax (Fax to PC or Fax to Mac) is enabled and the printer has a problem (such as a paper jam), the printer saves incoming faxes to memory until the problem is resolved. However, the printer's memory might fill up with faxes that have not been printed yet or transferred to the computer.

  1. I recommend you update the printer's firmware, click here for the download. This could be a result of a glitch in the firmware.

For more details, please follow this document for - Resolving Fax Issues by Upgrading Firmware

Restore the factory-set defaults

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the settings to the factory defaults, and it also clears the fax header name, phone number, speed dials, and any stored faxes in the product memory.

CAUTION: This procedure also clears all fax numbers and names that are associated with one-touch keys and speed-dial codes, and deletes any pages that are stored in the memory. The procedure then automatically restarts the product.

1. On the product control panel, press Setup.

2. Use the arrows buttons to select Service, and then press OK.

3. Use the arrows buttons to select Restore defaults, and then press OK.

The product automatically restarts.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
