I buy a Printer in Laredo back in january and run out of ink last week but when i try to find that cartridge in stores, there is no one who sells that number of cartridge (63) here in México

As you have mentioned that the local stores do not have stock of the ink cartridges meant for your printer. 

Recommend you to visit www.suresupply.com and order the cartridges online or contact our phone support for assistance. 

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detect
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
