Hp Photosmart C3180 printer help!

Hi,

Did you replace color cartridge or used the old cartridge itself?

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Hp Photosmart C3180 printer help!

Hi,

Color cartridge should be installed in order to print since HP printers use both color and black cartridge to give rich quality print out. Printing in black only can be changed using software.
