I have an email address but it won't print when I send it an email  I have gone in and tried to get my claim code but it doesn't print it when I click on the eprint button.  I have a HP user and PW which I have used in the past but it doesn't show my printer any longer on the website.  It's asking me for a claim code which I'm not sure I need since I already have an existing email.  Any suggestions?
