I have a DELL  Windows 10 PC and a HP Color Laser Jet CP 1215 printer. It will not print when you select the print ICON. However if you turn the  printer off and then back on  it then prints the document. Any suggestions on a fix?

Greetings @trxu79

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that whenever you are printing from your Windows 10 computer, the print job is getting stuck in the queue and printer is not printing it.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried using HP Print and Scan doctor?

Recommend you restart the print spooler as suggested in this HP article and it should resolve the issue you are facing.

You can also, download and install HP Print and Scan doctor on your computer to automatically find and fix printing issues. Click here to know more.

Let me know how it goes.
