Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand you would like to connect the Officejet K7100 wireless. Unfortunately, this printer can only connect with a USB cable.

I have a OfficeJet K7100 printer how can I make it wireless?

I had the same query for the past 2 years about my officejet k7100.

 

Never occured to me to try it until now -- I simply plugged the printer USB to the back of my router.

Upon printing a document in Apple Pages, while it says I'm disconnected from my printer in the printing options, it also reveals that a printer is nearby (referring to my HP Officejet K7100). Then I selected it. Now I'm printing wirelessly.

 

These are my devices (I am uncertain tho if it has the same effect should you have a different one):

Mac OS v10.9.3 - Airport Extreme router - HP Officejet K7100
