I have just changed the inks and now it won't print

I was having problems printing black lines, I changed both black inks, Photo & the Black cartridge. I shut the lid down it started to go through the motions, I then went to "tools" got it to clean cartridges, it printed out all the colours along the top, very happy..

   It still would not print black lines, On going to see how much ink there is the screen showed the two blacks full, when I printed it out it showed Photo Black, Magenta, Blue, Yellow, but the large black cartridge is blank. Your help will be of great assistance.
